The Illinois Portion of US Route 6 is a remarkable highway in Illinois, connecting the vibrant downtowns of Oak Forest, Tinley Park, Moline and Joliet – to name just a few. It follows its original routing for much of it’s length while also matching up with I-74and I-80 along the way.
